Tiny house builders Tumbleweed Tiny House Company rolled out their stylish farmhouse-style tiny mobile house called Farallon. It comes in two models, the Vista and the Alta, for $73,000.
According to Tumbleweed, the Farallon synthesizes modern aesthetics and traditional farmhouse form with a rich palette of materials. It introduces some new materials, style, and appliances while keeping the high level of quality craftsmanship for which the builders are known for.
This tiny house design is incorporated on Tumbleweed's custom-made low-wider trailer so that the layout fits well with the trailer's floor area. Exquisite woodwork is taken cared with cedar as the standard exterior while pine boards are used in the interior. Each unit comes with a full kitchen and bathroom, and a standard electrical system. Prospective homeowners may opt for upgrades with extras like skylights, walnut shelving, modern cabinets, and other appliances.
