Let's face it, living on tiny houses outside the city are the rage these days but what about the transportable ones? Well, this Spanish countryside house can be connected onto the back of a truck. Interestingly, such built takes over a six-week period of manufacturing with all the prefabricated elements can be assembled in a single day.
It looks like a monolithic structure as it utilized drab gray cement board panels to cover it while hinges allow the wall to open thereby revealing glass sliding doors and windows. Despite its relatively small size, it manages to squeeze in three living spaces that included a bathroom on one end and bedroom on the other. All of which are lined with precious fir wood.
The design firm Ábaton made sure that it can be lifted by crane and placed at the back of the truck. With only nine by three metres to fill in for two people, it has to be weigh just enough for it to be easily set up anywhere.
In order to maximize interior space, the living room and kitchen are combined and positioned at the center while the bathroom and bedroom are on the opposite ends, all under a gabled roof with its peak at 3.5 meters. All fixtures are furnished by Spanish design brand Batavia. Will you live in this transportable countryside home?
