Handcrafted Mobile Farmhouse Delight

Building your tiny house can be challenging as it takes a lot of thought and creativity to fit in everything that you need in such limited space. Not only that, you also have to consider the aesthetics so that a prefab trailer house is not good enough. You need to have your own personal touch and even quirks that gives your tiny home its own personality and character.

Using prefabricated and composite materials will shorten the build time but building it literally by hand and time-consuming processes will make your tiny house stand out from the rest. Some doors and windows may be uneven. The blinds may be a bit off angle and the finishing may be quite rough but it is the quirks and imperfections that make a handcrafted tiny house its allure and appeal to some.

American designer Matthew Impola started the Handcrafted Movement project by reintroducing "American ingenuity and quality" in his tiny house designs. This tiny house designs combines the rustic elements and airy country feel with the fresh natural light and the salvaged, reclaimed wood features incorporated in the living space.

No expense was spared so that it includes ample closet space, a pull-out couch with storage solution and a mini library as well. All the garbage and recycling containers are concealed. The wooden countertop dominates the kitchen. The farmhouse look is further reinforced by the use of two-toned wooden stairs with treads that lead you to the bedroom loft. There is a full-size bath with standing shower, built-in medicine cabinet, toilet, and cabinets that is conveniently situated in the corner.

The good thing about this rustic tiny farmhouse is that it is also mobile-ready and you can bring it along wherever you go!
