Tiny House Design for Filipinos

If you're from the Philippines or if you're considering the idea of setting up your home in the islands, you should have plan or design that suits your needs and preferences. It would be a good idea to choose a tiny house design that maximizes your space without compromising form and functionality.

This tiny house design is suitable for a small family of four with its two bedrooms, one bathroom for a total floor area of 48 square meters. It has an open floor design so that you can accommodate visitors and guests for house parties and gatherings.

How much will it cost you?

Depending on the finishes you may want to incorporate, expect that your budget will go up when you add more features. Values shown here are rough estimate for each finishes and for budgetary purposes only. Budget already includes labor and materials and also within the range quoted by most builders.
  1. Rough Finished Budget: P576,000-P672,000
  2. Semi Finished Budget: P768,000-P864,000
  3. Conservatively Finished Budget: P960,000-P1,056,000
  4. Elegantly Finished Budget: P1,152,000-P1,344,000

The total floor area is approximately 48 square meters, which can be constructed if your lot is 120 square meters. The design is not provided with a carport since this is a budget home. This house is designed as a single detached type house. If the lot doesn’t permit, it can also be modified to have one wide fire wall but the roof should also be modified to go with it.
